Rule number one for the independent business person (and the rest of us) is: Never underestimate your worth. If you are being unreasonable the client can either tell you and negotiate or they can go elsewhere.

My grandfather was a general contractor. I worked some summers for him during high school years. He wanted to teach me some business skills. Where did he start? Well with rule number one, of course.

You don't have any experience? Girl you've been speaking several languages for how many years? If $90/1000 words is not unusual, then you obviously deserve it too.

Well yeah, but I don't have any real translator/interpretor skills and what I was applying for wasn't for private purposes, it was for a company and that always pays less.

Mrs Taylor is for another job though, as the translation thing is freelance. I'm going to call her tomorrow because I just spent the last hour running to the bathroom ( I think I ate sth wrong :'() and it's afer 5 PM now.

I got the results from this career test I did too. Among others they suggested applying for an ATC training :blink: I wonder if they have genocide plans :ph34r:

i sleep walk sometimes and 1 time i ate raw chicken :( food poisoning for a week not good
