Actually, the reason I said that was because of what happened at work about a week ago...
I work at a movie theatre, and some lady came up to me...
Her: Sir, I didn't like the movie, I want my money back.
Me: Mam, we're not allowed to give refunds after you've sat through the entire film.
Her: But I didn't like it.
Me: Mam, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, we simply can't give you your money back.
Her: I'm going to get my husband!
*Leaves, never comes back.
Like I said, the customer is not always right... :)
