First of all its "Dudh" - which means milk and comes from Sanskrit.
As Hindi & Urdu have major influence from sanskrit, hence its common to both the languages.
Btw, India has 17 different languages and its not dudh in all of them. Hindi itself has 13 dialects and its dudh in most of these dialects only. :D
