What I originally suggested - set the timings to aggressive, and note what the timings are set at. Then lower the frequency slightly (only a few MHz) and see if any timings change. Note the new timings.
Set your frequency back to the original, then manually set your ram timings to what they were with the reduced frequency. If you go any tighter than that you are likely to run into instability.
It is impossible for me to give you any definitive figures, I would need to know the settings in the SPD chip and the formula used to convert that to ram timing. Since I don't know either, the only way to find out is by trial, but the method I've given is likely to be close to optimum.
