Just Got This Email

They asked me very nicely to try and make sure hthe a/c wasn't used for such alleged activity. They were cool about it.

Ask them to prove that you actually distributed those files. Your IP showing up in a list of sources doesn't prove anything.

yeap... use a firewall now.. like proto + sygate when downloading

may wanna try anonx. i use it, although it slows down the connection speed a bit, they cant see you (cuz then you are in the spirit world :P )

and on a side note, my freind got hit 3 times with letters like that, its almost like they red flag your IP, so he now signed up with anonx, and hasnt seen nothing since.

well thats another reason to move to canada...:
