Changing the PIPs isn't a major change, like moving the board to phpbb or something. It's just little pictures. Improves the board's appearance.

I wasn't keen on the new stars posted by newscaster (I didn't like the button type background they had). The ones at the moment seem fine (I like the admins/mods/forum star ones).
Also theres a new version of the board coming out in a few days time (IPB v2.0) so the admins will have alot of other things on if they choose to upgrade :)
