IMHO 'Meddle' is their greatest non-commercial album,and I s'pose Dark side of the Moon would have to be their 1st,and best effort at Pop/commercial music.
I'm also an admirer of poor old Syd's solo stuff,but I respect anyone elses favourites.

:D WEEEE Pink Floyd. I've been trying to convince my mate that Pink Floyd are one of, if not THE greatest band of all time, He didn't like it until he went and Jammed with a few guys we know, now he loves em.

I'm so old lol, I saw the PF Animals tour in Anaheim, California ~June 1977. It was one of the best shows. :P
If Pink Floyd had retired after The Wall, their reputation would have remained intact - however, they went on and my god they're shit now... RIP the screaming abdabs, RIP.
