TREMENDOUS THANKS TO EVERYONE who posted your responses and suggestions to me. :D
all of you were REALLY a big help.
as it turns out....I CAME, SAW AND CONQUERED... :01:
based on several suggestions, i simply placed the disc into the drive, opened the window where the "MP3 files" were, highlighted the tracks and COPIED them to a "New Folder" onto my hard drive and voila!, i could then place them in my Windows Media Player Playlist.
i now have the music that took FOREVER to download (since i'm on dialup) right where i want it. Yahoooooooo.
i'm going to keep this forum in my Favorite's Link, just in case i need to call upon all you again.

FYI
if you re-format or try to give the disc to a friend, they won't be able to use that disc (it will be useless because of drm)
never use wmp to burn, hell I wouldn't even recommend it to watch/listen to anything
