the electricity moves through the water in much the same way a conductor on a circuit does. electricity is just a flow of electrons, which can change place and swap places with other electrons, this is why pure (which is impossible (as in ion free)) doesnt conduct electricy as well as mineral water or normal tap water (more ions, i.e. dissasociated salts the better). more dangerous than pissing on electricity is pissing in the amazon.
