I think they're freshwater rather than salt, aren't they?
It will probably die in the bucket fairly quickly Snny. Best get him to the lake tomorrow :(
And yeah dan you can eat them, they turn red when boiled, problem is you don't kill them before they go in the pot. I don't like it.
A spider, brown little thing, quick like anything, pretty cool.
Do they scream as they boil?
Have you had a large storm recently, Snny? Or do you stay on a route where live fish would be transported to restaurants?
I seem to remember the Krays escaped from captivity before. :smilie4:
That they don't, i wonder if people would treat them that way if they did.Quote:

Someone told me they might squeak, but I'm sceptic.
Nah Boab, I think it was one of the ones the neighbors had caught, pretty weird tho', that they missed it.

Just that I have heard that lobsters make a noise when boiling similar to a scream so I thought they might.
It might just be stuff escaping from the shell though like air or something I guess
edit - damn you Jonno i didnt see your post :P
Lobsters do Mr.S , sometimes ear piecing and real creepy
