The description is wrong.

Saying ethnic minority is correct if indeed a particular ethnicity is in the minority, like Moldovans in NY.

Using Ethnic to encompass everyone who isn&#39;t white is incorrect.

In Africa would ethnic be white :blink:

White is ethnic everywhere, as are all other races.
