Yahoo does it to the only difference is that it is 60 days instead of 30 for Hotmail. The worst thing about Yahoo mail that was originally Rocket Mail is that they promissed free mail for life accounts but then just broke that promise and started with this 60 day crap stuff!.

You dont seem to have used Hotmail for some time they have greatly improved their service especially regarding security. All mails are now virus checked before arrival and the spam protection is getting really good I hardly get any these days!. And now this new 250MB limit its great!. But the 30 day thing still sucks big time but that is not a problem for me since I log in every day to my account!.

I guess I am going to be amongst the first ones to get the upgrade since I have been registered since before Microsoft took over back in 1996 but so far I have not yeat have the upgrade but I know I am on server 3 so I will probably be upgraded very soon!.

Bah! I've had my mankerman hotmail account for about 7 years and I don't have the 250mb storage yet.

MSN Plus users already have a 2GB account the 250MB storage for mails will be gradually implimented for free accounts this fall!.

That is the best news of the year! I am going to cancel my 1gb gmail, my 100mb yahoo, and all my comcast email and go get that 2mb and wait for the conversion to 250mb!

weird that joekim_agren didn't get 250mb yet and he's been there since 1996 yet my friend who got his account around 1999 or 2000 does have 250mb already...

@thecanuk, no they're increasing regular hotmail users to 250mb, the msn plus users have much more than 250mb.
