Re: What are you best at Cooking?
My Supah Lumpah:
Deep fry chicken-legs with heaps off lemongrass and some garlick and soysauce.
Let them simmer for a while(30 min) and cool off.
Boil some thai-jasmin rice, pref. in chicken-stock with thai-basil and spring onion.
Get all the filet off the legs, slice it into small pieces and refry the meat shortly with
some sesame-oil and 5-spice chinese herbs and some freshly grinded ginger.
Make little "pancakes" of the rice on foil and fill them with the meat mix.
Keep the rolls in the fridge for a day.
Serve with some peanut-IKE-sauce and pineappleslices.
Check, please????

Sara's sticky sauce
Here's a good one for ribs...although I guess veggies would be nice too...
equal ish- quantities of:
red jam
golden syrup
dark brown sugar
couple teaspoons of soy sauce
same of worcesetershire sauce
and lemon juice
teaspoon english mustard
teaspoon-ish hot pepper sauce
black pepper
(these are rough quantities and you can substitute and mix em up to taste)
boil it up for about 10 mins
boil the ribs with a tablespoon of vinegar in the water to get rid of the fat (about 10 mins) drain and dry them
mix them up together and leave for as long as you can bare it ...
Oven roast em at medium heat for about 20-30 mins.....
Nice.... :)

Of course its only supposed to be a coating sauce...that goes sticky in the oven....maybe should edit that the jam and stuff, you need about half a cup max....
