@Mr.G....Yeah I know, it IS painful :(
@Manky.......Nah I guess being on your feet, walking about, lifting stuff for 6-8 hours everyday is a lot less than sitting at a desk :rolleyes:

Ah. Maybe that is your problem. Lifting stuff has to be done a special way unless you damage your back, muscles and stuff. :smartass:Quote:

Jonno what you are trying to do is extremely difficult for a fully fit person. Have you considered that there may be something wrong with your 'good' leg that does not allow you to feel the 'pain'?
I had the same thing but with my right leg and lower back. Some major cramps happening too. Pinched ciatic nerve. It took a long time to get better (with slow stretching). I still 'kind of' feel that it's not completely gone and it could start over again.
You're a scary dude youk now that? :unsure:Quote:

I sometimes get a pulling sensation in my arm which has a similar effect, although I think it is a combination of repetitive strain injury and the fact that I have 3 vertebrae in my neck that stiffen up. maybe its a spinal related problem and you need some physio....
