nah... they didn't give anything on any of those events (they were just LAN parties)
apparently some of the stores (on the midwest of the us) starting selling their copies of halo2... when they weren't supposed to do it 'till the 9th...
but... i thought all the stores were gonna get the game on the 8th... no more, no less...
about the midwest thing, i guess some stores got it b4 the 8th, lucky bastards :)
