Does it really matter? You turn them off it'll work you turn them on it won't. They make edges to surfaces look smoother.

Because there is nothing that says "AA or AF". Okay Anti-Aliasing. Thank you for telling me what they stood for. What does AF stand for? Now im off to try.

AF stands for Anisotropic filtering, makes textures looks better in game.

why not just get the patch (and also the crack if ur game is ehem...downloaded)?
if that doesn't work, then turn those settings off

The patch makes you able to play online through Windows Xp SP2 bu copies cannot be played online and increases the curser speed. Hardly worth patching.

Alright well whatever. I turned everything up except for the aliasing. Aliasing seems to be a big problem for my graphics card. I've had to do this for alot of games.

New games proberly process the AA and AF in a different way so that your drivers arnt working right. Try updating drivers if possible.
