KaZaA is designed to share only legal files. As described in the original KaZaA rules - software license.
But somewhere in the original KaZaA software agreement is fine print that says it will use "spyware", but not in those exact terms.
As for KazAaLite, well, were just going for a free ride.
I was refering to giving out our personal info without permision or telling us. I dunno.
