I think "Pwned" is a typo of "Owned" that mange to stick and "pr0n" was invented to bypass early word filters. Also stuck around.

I think most credence lies, obviously, with a common typo that got adopted by gamers.

Altho' the origin I find most compelling is the esoteric account of the 19th century Prague Working Nympho group that charged half as much as their whore contemporaries and eventually gave their services away.
