i dont think ive seen anything about yasser arafat on here :ermm:
tbh about things i dont be believe the occupation of priesthood makes you more likely to be a peadophile than other professions. i the last few years weve caught at least 3 musical nonces out. if anyway can find me statistical evidence to prove that priest=monster, do post.
btw i am feeling grumpy, stfu
Trolling then?Quote:

Not helped by the Church denial. This may be the the reason for the introduction of this thread. People must remember that you are going to have this type of thing in any profession where men are 'in charge' of boys. The percentage of priests involved is miniscule, nevertheless undesireable, in comparison to the vast majority of decent hard working people in the priesthood. The same thing occurs in the scout movement and people in charge of youth football. These paedophiles join these organisations for the sole purpose of furthering their evil interests. :(Quote:

Most of the abusers were not known pedophiles before they joint the
priesthood.
My biggest blame towards the leaders is the fact it was covered up, not
ignored. Known offenders were relocated in the past, hence given a new
playground to mess with.
Same thing happened with social workers in the sixties.
Mind you, not all childabusers are pedophiles by nature.
In many cases the -sad or sick- circumstances makes the criminal.
Offending priests live in an unnatural environment, with unnatural rules.
Just like not all jailbirds taking the backentrance of their cellmates are gay.
As long as humanity fails to build a healthy society, we'll have to live with the
remains of that failure.
That 'll be for quite some while, i fear.

So 4% is an average for jobs that involve a position of trust and deal with young lads on a one to one basis?
You should have said. What's the national average for other jobs, like office workers and air hostesses.
Sorry, Manker, i'm not going there.Quote:
