Need some serious help on this Pc!!!!!!!!

Actually, I believe that Dell (among others) has moved it's tech support back to the good ole USA.
Up to you whether that's an improvement or not.

Good luck on the restore disk request...my success rate is approximately 50% acquiring them (just try getting a Sony Media Center restore kit if you have a desire to be abused by a corporate dickhead).

Some of the Indians you can understand alright...I would deff call dell and they should be able to help you, and if something is wrong, they will prob fix it for free if its under warranty.

I had them ship me a new monitor with almost no questions asked, 2 sets of speakers, and 3 mice, all for free!

should call and ask for more stuff, then sell on ebay. :P

I called Dell a few weeks ago, i couldnt understand a word of english (debatable if it was english) so i said could i please be passed onto tech support they sad yes put me on hold and hung up.
