WinUAE, UAE (amiga), Zsnes or snes9x (Super nintendo) and I'm going to try this Atari emulator I got off irc later. i did have a megadrive emulotr earlier, and I still have the roms, but I haven't played any of for ages.
Oh and I'm gonna' get mame for my phone when I have a bigger memory card.
When I play through the 'puter, I'll usually hook it up to the tv and use a psx controller via a usb adapter.
