Anyone have any home remidies to sleep all through the night? Right now all i do is drink a cup of neocitrian and pop a few niquil. Anything else i could do to insure a good nights sleep, and possibly feel better in the morning?

Plenty of alcohol, a pair of thermals pj's and stick the heating on full blast. Sweat it out and stop being such a man wuss. :01:
