Because vitamins may not be absorbed like they are supposed to, I always break them in half.

I swallow them without water by simply placing it on the back of my tongue.
I drink water afterwards.

I hate it when I get sick, because I can't swallow pills. Unless they're really really small, I will almost kill myself trying to swallow pills. :frusty:
