Anyone can do it, it is just a matter of wanting to do it.
That is why your mouth tastes salty when you cry, the tears drain down into the nose and throat via this duct.
What I really hate is when I use eye drops to get the red out. The overflow goes down this duct and let me tell you Naphcon 5 eyedrops are a wee bit bitter.
