i used to have it but i recently got CS2 but i saw there is no toolbar like this. It made saving and opening much quicker and more convinient than going to file.
Wait, so you have never used a regular PS before? Only Elements? Maybe this toolbar is nonexistant in regular Photoshop? I have used versions 5, 6, 7, CS, and now CS2. There was never a toolbar in those versions. But I have used Elements before, and I know there is a toolbar there.
