Need urgent help (printer problem)

I have this with my hp.

You turn off the printer to cancel (no other way to stop it), then u turn on it just prints random crap out...
but if i turn on printer, quickly off, then back on it stops and removes itself from the print quee (how the hell u spell that?).

That's a different problem. With the Lexmark drivers it simply stops for AGES (although as VB says it does eventually go away).
