It does sound quite nice but I too would have to add cheese.
I think I just got what you meant about the nitrogen JP, none of it was frozen, t'was all fresh

(concerning the omelette) my mum made it, i'm too lazy to make my own food. the onions were just diced and chucked in
the omelette was overall very salty, but i expect that from my mum.
it was a filling meal, better than my patented student diet of crap from a can
