Do you take regular breaks from the PC?

Im stuck in front of it wayyy to much.

Its not the Itarweb, or games only.

whenever I feel like it I guess. I have sat here for up to 5 hrs, and as little as 15 min :blink:

man Ive played games for like 6/7 hours stright without taking my god given eyes off the screen.
