Has Anyone Seen El_jefe?

I remember him saying that he was in the military. Maybe he's been forced to lose communication from the "outside world." ;)

I saw a post today signed by a guy named El_jefe (from South Korea and that joined on October the 22nd 2002) but without the mod-stars...
Is that the same one or some kind of copycat?
