Okay, at this point it appears I'll be starting tomorrow. :unsure: My aunt still hasn't showed up to get me, though she said she'd be here at 8:30ish. Ah well, another day to vegetate and play video games I suppose.

I mainly do stuff.

I have been working for HM for 20 odd years and I am sure I am going to be told what it is I do anytime soon (although I expect I will have to be shot when they do).

I do get 6 weeks holiday + 10 days public holiday (like today) so it is not all bad :01:

I am a General Contractor. I am doing mostly textured concrete right now.(going to school...network admin.) I also play in a band. (we get paid in beer.)

Like today, I'm running around in hot ass telephone phone rooms installing lines for the new ATM machines in the subway stations. If I run into a problem, I have to just sit in a hot box. :angry:

I'm going to look for a job back inside. I have to get surgery soon and I'm starting to tire of outside work. It is adventurous but sometimes it's friggin' filthy.

I'm going to pick my surgery date to be in the winter. I'll at least miss 2 months work in the snow.:naughty:

Seriously though, we each do our thing, I can't do your job as I have no tech skills, but I bet you could give mine a good go if you could be bothered. All that's needed is a reasonably mankerish standard of written English and access to other people's writing....merge them together, put your own opinion in somewhere... and its another one off to the publishers......well that's sorta the theory behind it... :unsure:

I'm a student but I also work in a shop (Spar) for pocket money. Thinking of doing some voluntary teacher work this year if I can get over my hatred of children/teenagers.
