If this is a ISO file and if you use deamon tools and installed the game it should work fine without any crack. I don't download games too often but I think that is the ways it goes.
For The ISOs there is ofcource a crack you must copy/paste to game folder .
Iso Images won't work on DaemonTools

Copy those files from the CURA folder to the folder you intsalled the game to (like c:\program files\call of duty 2, or whatever/wherever).
After you do that the game should run...

But the easier way would be to copy the crack.exe from the crack folder located on the cd and paste in the directory were your call of duty folder is located on your C:/uername/programfiles drive and it should ask if you want to overide *** file and just choose yes and it no longer should ask for a cd/dvd when its started up.
