If you're talking about compilations, then I'm gonna have to go with the GardenState soundtrack. It's just such a flowing soundtrack that seems to be able to calm me down whenever. If you're talking about scores, though, I'd have to say The Italian Job. Such great work in that, very good listening music. Extremely well written.
