How about we put nominations forward and maxpower76 can edit his first post to list them all. Then in a few days time he (or someone else) can create a poll of all the nominees, so long as they are willing to take on the responsibility, and leave it up for a few days for eveyone to vote.

I'm not quite sure if he's a trader, or if he wants to do this, but I think that melvinmeow would be a good candidate. He seems like he knows a lot about torrenting, and he could potentially be the right person for maintain this list.

I doesn't matter if user has access to all sites, others can suggest to him for a rank.
