Totally agree.
Tags don't work at all.

Everything is tagged awfully and it is not a feature you really want. Am I the only person who downloads porn with people I find attractive in it, not based on the tags that were used to describe it!?

i don't understand your point. Uploaders always mention the actresses with the tags description, so it's pretty easy to find your favourite ones. Also, the descriptions always include the covers and some screens. And if you don't like the tags search, you can use the wonderful search by movie title.
