How are you getting him banned at other sites? Are the staff at the other sites really going to rule in favor of invite traders against a person who's reporting those who are going again their rules?
Melvin, I think Invite Right's point is that the person did it secretly, spying, as opposed to reporting people out in the open. That is what could be irking them. I'm also aware that this FTWR case is especially sensitive because appartently, FTWR had a deal with FST. Another thing that could be frustrating is that this person isn't even part of site staff.

Well said Melvin... I do not understand the witch hunts that we have on this site for the "Spys". If you are willing to trade accounts for trackers that have rules against trading accounts, then why should you be pissed off when an account is banned. I just don't understand the amount of time and energy that goes into something like this, when the bottom line is your not supposed to trade accounts.
We all know that site admins our apart of this community and yet we freak out when accounts get banned because they were traded. Whos fault is it? Maybe it is just me, but I don't see what all the fuss is about. I will take my invites and some of the cool people here giving me accounts, before I get caught up in this mess. All that time could have been spent on something constructive that would help the community instead of all this drama.
The trade section on this site is not a "secret" area and anyone can see what is going on there. So either you get a little smarter on how you trade accounts or you deal with the banhammer on the private trackers. No hard feelings against anyone here, I just do not see what the big deal is.

touvex = someone1, couple of months ago he "traded" his FL acct with me and he had that username.
PS: looking at the mess he did on that trade, i have to say that this is no surprise to me.

About every private tracker has a rule against trading invites.... If you get caught you should have your account disabled/banned..
Haven't in awhile .... WISED UP....not worth being banned.......I've given plenty away to some friends here w/o advertising it like a dumbass who is asking to be banned.....

My view (have I stated this already?) is that invite trading is not wrong. In fact, most of the time, it benefits the site because it brings in new, active users. If a cheater is brought in, then he/she would be banned immediately anyways. However, it's the site's decision to make invites non-tradable to "protect" their users from potential untrustworthy people who may bring the site down. Be secretive about trades. In the end, if you're caught, then it's you who has broken the site's rules and you can't do much about it unless you're let back in.
If a site utilizes spies, then they had better be part of site staff or officially affiliated with the site. If they're just regular members digging around to get "brownie points" (<-- As someone said before), then that's just irksome.

For your First Paragraph:I thought of that factor as well. However, how can you explain why only members at fst got account disabled not at others forum as you mention. If as you said they gather from other sites but only ban our members here, it makes me wonder how intelligent the staffs are besides coding

-You may say that these trackers aims to get better members but who told you that most fst members aren't from the best and if u had an issue it will be some small numbers and u can ban cheaters or those inactive or others
-so what is your purpose of joining or openning sites. Isn't one of the most reason is making friends and exchanging knowledge ?

Three years ago, I was accused of a crime against a peer group. Needless to say, when it was discovered that I was not the perpetrator, there were a lot of red faces amongst those who had accused me, and those who took things to the extreme and had started a witch hunt.
Always be very certain of your information, because if you are WRONG, this will completely destroy your future credibility.

Someone1 is an account nick used by the idiot selling invites on eBay. touvex is a nick used by a single generally respected member of multiple private sites.
since touvex is a respected member of a bunch of private trackers and would be GIVEN invites to other sites just by asking, I find it very difficult to believe that he would be associated with the eBay invite seller.
there has been nothing except your word that touvex = Someone1 which seems a very strange accusation to make considering. when asked to "prove" your accusation by others as well as touvex himself, you degenerated into a rant littered with swearing but making little sense. i can understand that you might not want to reveal your sources but surely you could state that you talked w/ person A who knows for a fact that person B traded account C with blah, blah, blah without naming names.
also, most private sites have clear rules against invite TRADING in PUBLIC forums. if you make friends with someone in private forums and GIVE them an invite you don't run into problems.

The only proof that proves of reporting invite traders is for a person who got globally banned for selling invites and then all the rest of the pics are just touvex profile screen caps which don't prove anything.
To top it off that first email you posted could been found out by using post search here at FST.
And just for the record Someone1 is not touvex since the IP's are not the same.
And have some balls and make accusations with your user name here on FST, so we can make sure to give you all the praise you deserve for discovering out the spies.

Thank you for your reply and we are sorry for what happened to you but we have been tracking this spy for acouple of weeks now and we have got information from different resources and all information confirmed him being a spy
We think that waiting that long time to get to that spy through alot of search that have been done on alot of different places and always trying to confirm the information and knowing that posting wrong information will destroy our credibility as adefense group so i think you have your answer

-We have stated at the begining of my posts weeks ago at ftwr exposue that we are agroup working together and we don't use our names here for security reasons especially if that comes from acommunity reps who places spies in our boards and we are speaking in ageneral way not meaning you or any certain community rep because there are alot of them who has helped the communities come closer

The users were from other forums as well. Zeropaid being another forum users were banned from. Alot of the users here use ZP as well as here. Users from other sites were banned as well.
Obviously >>>SOMEONE<<< wasnt following the rules. Since I highly doubt you have 600 friends you would have known and invited to the site. Giving friends invites is 1 thing but the whole city of kalamazoo is another.
I never said you guys were all bad. I acctually havent seen many users on here in the last couple months I have been here that were bad IN MY OPINION. The opinions of others may be a differant story.
They allow you to trade invites to sites that >>>ALLOW<<< invites to be traded. If someone mentions a site that doesnt allow them the staff ussually remove the invite offer.. (I know this cause I do the same on my site.)
As a matter of fact that is the reason I started my site. You will find some sites like uk* are community based where users talk alot and know each other. While others just are in it for the files and dont even talk. I guess its entirely up to each sites staff how the site turns out and what they expect the site to be like.

2)touvex is amember who got SERVERNET ftwr account by Trading and afterthat he reported alot of fst members causing mass bans to alot of them
3)touvex is the spy who got caught after we have made avery hard and deep search to get him
4)touvex's acc screenshots is posted in public because he has finally been identified as one of the spies we were looking for and he can face all the shame and disgrace from all the members here who lost their accs because of him

Perhaps if you were going to try and get anyone to understand what your saying you could post some ACTUALLY USEFUL snapshots of him doing something. Hmmm maybe a post with his username being the one posting it. Sorry to say you telling me that deleted user 11542 was him isnt enough to discredit someone. Like in courts you have to provide USEFUL, TRUTHFUL EVIDENCE to prove you case. I could go around saying you were wearing pink panties that were 4 sizes too small for you and nobody would beleive me really unless I had the evidence to back my statements. (They would probably beleive you were wearing pink panties btw)
Here would be the USEFUL type of snapshots you could use to prove your case... that is if you even had a slight bit of a case to prove.
