Anyone who don know where mine came from is a gaming virgin and i deride your game playing abilities! :rtfm:
Quite a long time ago, (several several years) i attendend my first LAN, and it was simply the first screename that came off the top of my head. It's stuck ever since, partly since everyone thinks im a pyro!
erm long story short my girlfriend liked it B)
she used to click her fingers a say it so it kinda stuck. :D
Mines a little embarssing....
Oh well, I will tell you anyway.
When I first signed up for.... for... (Do I have to tell you?).... Ok, it was neopets (go ahead and snicker) and everything I wanted was taken. I tried at least 20 names to no avail. Then "Eureaka!" Got memory was born.
:P
It has stuck with me since. In various versions as needed. (Gotmemory, got_memory, got_memory?, jkoop™, goop, TDX™, etc...).
Thats the real story!
@Got_memory?
You're not alone. I used to play neopets also.
Anyways, my name came from a basketball move (guess which one lol  ). My sister first said the name and I thought it was funny so I used it.
Cause i am from Kansas and i am a huge Jayhawk fan
jayhawk, chickenhawk, you do the math
Well, BIC is a short version of my last name and somebody mentioned it looked a lot like BIG (why on earth he thought that is beyond me)
So I was then instantly named after Mister Biggie himself and NotoriousBIC was born (although physically I don't bear any semblance at all with Notorious BIG)
I would actually love to get a uniform. It would be a great Halloween custom.Quote:

Not many people have the uniform (actually over 50% of the people at this board have a star trek uniform but don't want to talk about their sexual fantasies :D ).
yo need some background info for this one.
my surname is MC GARRITY - and when i was born as a joke my mum told my gran that she was gonna call me CHARITY...well you can put two and two together for a fairly comical name and it has been resurrected for the Kazaa lite board only :D B) and I am very serious too promise!

Seinfeld episode. "Did the dingo eat yer baby?"
Elaine at a party. With a woman she had just met, who kept talking about her fiance. She and Jerry had a sign to get each other away from boring people, but Jerry ignored the sign.Quote:

Suicidal Psycho 24 hours, 7 days a week, just a huge Suicidal Tendencies fan, used to be Suicyco420 but then my pot habit slowed(just slowed, not stopped) and I wanted to lose the 420 moniker. Suicyco is the common term for a Suicidal fan, but even on MSN I could only find like 20 Suicyco references, shame really, they are a great punk/hard rock band that had a few great albums. BTW Metallica's new member started in suicidal as well as Ozzy's bassist Rocky. AND it's not Suicy. Co. although I can understand the mistake.
But really, ANYONE that likes heavy/punk music should at least check out some older Suicidal, they are, were and always will be a great band. I still cannot hear "How Will I laugh Tomorrow" without shedding a tear, and "You Can't Bring Me Down" without wanting to break something!
it used to be the great dave, y'know like a magician or wizard or something then people thought i was full of myself so now im thedave

my name comes from two mudvayne songs, internal primates forever and severed

I`ve also been refered to as an alien bassplayer  ,whatever that means. oh,yeah......and the Band has adopted the name "Bassalien", so there ya go.....

And in addition to my nick, Hotmail didnt just make it up, its kinda a mix of my name and surname.
@Adam, i always wondered about your name, now its cleared :)
Yeah my net alias i've had since i first started using the net 6 years ago...I used it over the years for ICQ, MSN, Napster, Kazaa and bolt.com...Celery Stalks Me came from pretty much no where...I couldn't think of an ICQ name the first night i had the net...But yeah i tried to think of the most pathetic thing ever andi thought vegetables were at the time...so i thought what could i possibly say about vegetables that would be remotely funny...and well that was the outcome...(i thought grapesrapeme took it a bit far)...But now over the years i have compacted it to Cely (except for here)...And with all my PC, Playstation 1+2 and X-Box alias's i use Cely Babes (Its pretty bad when you're an evil sounding guy on halo and get ya ass kicked by cely babes...but you could do worse and get ya ass kicked by prancer or darling)...But yeah now people outside the net call me cely babes...Weird...But yeah thats the story about my name :D

I was so close to making some sense out of your name.
jai- pronounce "Gi"
gan- "gan"
So "Gigan"
d- problem
hi5- high five
I was trying to get "gigantic high five", but that "d" screwed it all up!
