Which media player do you use?

Always MPC. I love it because its lightness and features...!

kmplayer it has everything i need
and no codec problems

MPC on desktop, but just good old WMP on my laptop with ffdshow, no probs at all.

I always use mediaplayer. I think it is the best one for me

VLC Media Player all the way! Its definately the best:)

I use Windows Media Player & BSPalyer

windows media player altough use mpc for videos

Nero Showtime or vlc

divx player

QMP for music
VLC for videos

Zoomplayer for everything except .mov files.

KMPlayer, better than VLC because it plays more formats than it. Looks cooler also...

Winamp mostly. Have tried other players in attempt to get unicode to display correctly but didn't have an awful lot of success.

I use mediaplayer 10 on my smartphone after I compress everything to .3gp or .mp4 format! Its a Audiovox SMT-5600 with a 8Gig minisd!

In windows i use bspalyer 1.5 for video and winamp for music.

when using linux i like amarok which is probably the best music player out there at the minute. for video i normally use the xine libs with either totem or kaffeine as the front end.

oh yeah and vlc for any weird format on both systems.

Good to see VLC is getting so widely used. For ease of use and something that has 99% of all the codecs you will need for playback, I'd have to give my vote in this poll for it. :yup:

I like windows media player classic more than vlc. Most times i use Winamp. Dpn't use media player much cause it hogs much memory.

VLC for all kind of movies, Windows media player for music. I used to have winamp for music but in 2-3 weeks winamp got crazy and I got to reinstall it so nowadays windows media player is all I need when it comes to music.

Your reasoning baffles me :) Then you have the FST love Smilie in the Bittorrent forum.. all seems logical to me...

cyberlink Power DVD for dvd's
and mplayer in *nix

windows media player,BS palyer,VLC player and winamp..

I use VLC, best for AVI on a mac but all other video formats I play straight out of itunes along with my music

I use winamp for audio and media player classic for all videos files and dvds.

media player classic is perfect and simple ;)

Media player and foobar for music :)
And for film VLC, Windvd or Media palyer classic :)

winamp for audio, bsplayer for video
