Hehe and we needed an American to tell us that. I felt it indiscreet to draw attention to that fact considering her motivation..which is why I added it somewhere ( in brackets) without actually pointing to it. Still Texans are known for their President Straight talk.
Anyways how about the rule if an a precedes a consonant or a vowel ? I noticed recently some interesting anomalies..
Also the i before e rule needs some clarification .
Neither, nor, either, or..all possible candidates for the completer guide.

Re: A complete guide to English language
So is it: "Its kinda stupid" or "It's kinda stupid."

The correct form is it's, because in actuality you are making a contraction of It is

Fixed.
Only four mistakes, nice try.

Re: A complete guide to English language

Fish in a barrell.

Re: A complete guide to English language
Did you mean Bunnell there?
-
Re: A complete guide to English language
Nope, I have no idea what that means.

Re: A complete guide to English language
So...does a comma appear before the word 'but'?
ex. "I did everything she told me, but I ran out of time for the extra stuff."
I swear to god I've seen both and last time I did grammar was...well...its not even worth mentioning because no one concentrates on it anymore.
Least not where I'm from. True story.
I should probably pay more attention to the books I read...:dabs:

Yes, I did. I changed the comma after "Why" to a question mark, Capitalized the i in "it" and fixed the spelling of "sence". Those are technically three things, but I consider the capitalization of the "i" a part of changing the comma to a question mark.

Your example sentence is correct. Compound sentences join one or more independent clauses joined by a conjunction (which may or may not be preceded by comma) or a semicolon.

People with a "Trading Rep" don't do irony.
Fact.
They don't have the sence they was born with either.

Ok yes, I have traded some in the past. However, if you read the comments, you will see the majority are for giveaways. So don't be too quick to judge.
BTW, why can't people spell the word "sense"?
-
Re: A complete guide to English language
How do you "...do too quick to judge"? That makes no sence.
