SCC doesn't cheat with pretimes. Just compare pretimes on the site and at #rss. I don't think 5 sec difference could be called "cheating".
Once the limit is reached they usually up the user limit so it should be ok for a bit still.Quote:

SCC is a 0-day tracker. Hence the name Scene Access. So content wise that's what you will find there. I do agree that that it lacks uploads of some stuff liek PS3 or XB360 games but I guess they just have chosen not to upload those for now?

SCC is really the best tracker out there imo. In terms of content, pretimes, and speed, it dominates anyone else in the torrent scene.
I'm glad it's keeping such a low profile, because if it were bumped higher on to the value thread, there would be hundreds of people trading for it and calling it "the butterfly". People who like this tracker use it, and most people tend to be really solid seeders and leechers.
For anyone who is really looking for content, speed, quality, and pretimes, SCC is the #1 tracker out there. Don't waste your time trying to work your way up the ladder.
