SITR is the most underrated site.
It's a no-ratio tracker basically (almost always free leech... and bonus on seeding)
It have many quick releasers (not only does it get the 0day just a few minutes after the major sites, it get all sorts of non-scene releases at the same time).
People don't like it cause it's not just a copy of all the other trackers. But the structure is fine once you set up your profile only to view what you are interested in.
Their main rule is to seed for 72 hours. That ain't so bad at all.

I believe Bittorrents ( http://bittorrents.ro/ )to be the most underestimated tracker of Romania. Sometimes releases appear faster on Bitt that on TL or many other trackers around the world. From my infos Bitt has almost 70.000 users and about 130.000 peers and they are accepting new members until they reach 150.000 users. So this makes it the biggest tracker in Romania from this points of view. It also has about 8500 active torrents, great speed, some original packs ( 2 packs of 100GB each with games) etc. So it's quite underestimated.
Also ShareReactor ( http://tracker.sharereactor.ro/ ) is really underestimated. It probably has one of the best pre's on releases from around the world. It's an exclusive site... but it's not hard to get an invite. They have strict rules but it's easy to follow them. Also, from time to time... they offer some GB upload (special holidays, celebrations etc.) . So... if u want GOOD pre's ... get an invite here.
i see alot of tl and revtt listed... how are they even remotely underestimated
karagara, myspleen, cinema obscura, and cinemageddon are underestimated if you ask me.
