pac has a better style which I can get into more, but some of Biggies lyrical work is amazing, but then again Pacs lyrics are amazing too, I voted for Pac but it was close
Definitely Biggie and Pac if I had the option, but I voted for BIG because he had probably the best lyrical command I've ever heard on anyone. Tupak was also a genius, thus I say both are on a tie. I just picked BIG because it has to be underlined he was very great as well.

i think they were both equally talented in there own way.
BIG had a slighly better flow i think, but Tupac was the complete package. So in my opinion Tupac was the best and i dont think there has been anyone come close to be as good as him. I think all this rubbish like soulja boy etc coming out these days just reminds me how good pac and big really were.
Biggie made 1 great song, Tupac made them all. No contest really, even though B.I.G was a great rapper, he aint shit compared to 2pac
