Well it just updated for me, so it shouldn't be long for it to update for you as well.
According to opendns, it has spread mostly around the US. Shouldn't be long.

To get FTN's IP address do the following.
Go to this address --> http://network-tools.com/
Check the "Lookup" box.
Type FTN's URL into the search field and hit Submit
The IP address will be shown towards the bottom left of the page.
Now to access the site type the following in your address bar. https://"FTN IP"
The rest is self explanatory
