How do you increase your ratio?

Seed - that's the core of it. U gotta seed it seed it....
1. Smart seeding (in marketing terms: demand/ supply rules) I call it being torrentsmart.
2. Partial seeding
3. Leave the stuff on my HD as soon as possible ( I got some 2 TB capacity)
4. Alert on special offers (freeleech, 2 x upload , seedbonus)
5. Fulfilling requests made by fellow pirates

Partial seeding
Downloading from one tracker to upload on another.
You will be surprised to see what files are free leech on one tracker that er not on another. And always seed to at least 1:1 ratio.

Leave the things i download on my HDD's so i can seed torrents for a looong time.
And do it 24/7, that's the key, even if u got bad connection.
To get a good fine buffer take som time, but in the end it all worth it ;)

I just seed whatever I download for a while. I'm still seeding some few-month-old stuff with a 10+ ratio.

i seed more than i leech. most of the time, that does the trick :D

Seed more, leech less. Always seed first before leeching.

My computar stays on 24/7. Or with a seed.

1.Be a Uploader with fresh cotent.

2.Find out the proper category that you already own these resource.
Find out the torrent that leecher is more than seeder.
Download torrent ,SEED IT.

3.At the same time,find out the category of site that owns lots of focus.
(Ex:TV DVDR......)

4.Use 'sort' function to find out the top torrent of category.
Seed a torrent with few seeder or no seeder but still have leecher.
Seed a torrent with large leecher.

5.for 0day resource. Download from one site you have good ratio. Seed it in this site.
You will get a lot of leecher :Q

6.If download a new content from site,limit your download speed and slow down after about 20% or your upload speed is full.
In order to upload more with your downloaded segement data.
Keep watching your torrent. Tune your DL/UL speed in proper state.

But ,I think #1 is the best method to own good ratio.

for music sites where you can upload, upload big files like e-learning videos etc..

for sites you can not upload, just grab a popular torrent right when it hits the site. partial seeding also helps:)

for those that say they can not seed they either have dial-up or they have not left their computer on for at least a week strait or more seeding!

I recommend you don't do that, and anyone who attempts to try that way. Basicly you don't need to have a great size of upload on private trackers. These days, ppl are so obsessed to have TB upload :) Just keep seeding what you download until reaches a good ratio :)

1TB aint much these days. god, take a stroll in the top10 from TL. some have over 200TB uploaded. :O

I just got in to the private tracker thing and partial seeding of new content seems to be the best way to get your ratio up.

The best way to get your ratio up is let your computer running 24/7 and keep every downloaded torrent seeding in your favorite bit torrent client.
