when you open your giveaway topic you will set the rules. let the guy do what he feels is the right thing. in my opinion its a clever decision because it causes people to help and giveaway in order to get rep points.

Im sort of new to all of this but i really like to share what i have and i have been jumping from small private tracker to another and trying to get the best of them .

I wanna good decent private tracer and i have been trying to get it with others for a while now so i can give up jumping from one to another.
