:dabs:
Very likely.
Nah not really, I liked chemistry.. Orsum subject.. Was getting straight-A's in it all along.. It's those stupid cunting subjects like literature that no one really enjoys that piss me off <_<
Literature is win. :snooty:
I've already tried telling him that. The whipper snapper has no ear for his elders tho'.
I remember taking those classes. Even if I didn't like the current story, I could always open up our huge literature book and find some good short stories to read. Short stories ftw. :01:
i quoted exams, not learning :). i've never been a fan of literature either though my definition of not liking literature refers to learning shakespeare plays etc.
But am a big fan of the classics regarding novels, shakespeare plays just bored me to hell when i was reading them.
I don't know Shakespeare had a devilish sense of humor and was considered very rude for his time "Even now as you wait, the black ram is tupping your white ewe" from Othello is just one example, and he had a flair for making fun of his characters. If you get past the middle english so much of literature afterwards owes itself at least something to his structure or literary devices.Quote:

Now back to the usual silliness........
Chaucer. I'm always quoting chaucer.
''Filth and old age, I'm sure you will agree, are powerful wardens upon chastity.''
Quoted by Homerathus Simpsonala and a quote I use on many occasions in my life "trying is the first step to failure, the lesson is never try".
But on a more serious note- yeah I agree majority of old quotes from playwrights are shakespeare but there's a quote which I still use very often from Rime of the Ancient Mariner. That was an epic poem "water water everywhere and not a drop to drink".
No wai!! :o
Literature is for arses that can't seem to put 2 and 2 together, and who feel someone gives a shit about their feelings about a story some bored-ass bloke wrote 400 years ago, because he had nothing better to do and the lager had just ran out in his fridge.
Chemistry - Now THAT'S a subject.. Makes wars and co. way more interesting.. Nuclear bombs and co.. Orsum
Numerations are overrated. Meanwhile, you want to blast us all to kingdom come...
Oh well, I'll wait under the willow tree with my novel, thank you very much.
The pox on you tra....
Literature feeds and soothes the soul. Chemistry justs blows shit up.
I like Harlan Coben books if that's alright with you lot...
@Shemale - Kingdom Come is an orsum album.. Try it.
Kallie, the whole point of Chemistry is to blow shit up.. It's an art in itself. On top of that, Literature is alright as long as you don't have to go and figure out what the feck the writer was after and crap like that.. Let me enjoy the story, I don't give a rat's ass when or why he/she wrote what they wrote.. <_<
