Zidane for sure. But right now I'd say C. Ronaldo, Messi, Kaká and Zlatan. They could all turn a match around by them self in a impressive way. Just look at Manchester, they don't go very well without Ronadlo. Barca don't go that well without Messi and Milan don't go that well when Kaká doesn't play so good. And just look at the last match last season in serie a. Zlatan came in and scored 2 goals when they needed it the most. Am I right?
