If it truly was 23k accounts that were banned, than there was a miscommunication somewhere. I never received a PM, something this important deserves a mass PM IMHO, I use a firefox shortcut that takes me directly to the browse page where I have all my filters set how I like it, most users usually bypass the homepage of most torrent sites.
well on the irc he denied me of getting my acc back. He said since i never did the keyword thing i cant get the acc back.
The acct thing was announced here, as well as on the News section of the site, way, way in advance. If you used the site a lot, or the forums, or read the front page, you would have known.
Don't worry, maybe the referral system will give you a chance to get back in.
Ya me and how many other people are having this problem, maybe if they sent a mass pm to every user on the site they would not have this problem right now.
Maybe the remaining users were smart enough to read the news and be active members of the trackers they are on? :cool: Sometimes seeding/leeching isnt everything.Quote:

they are fixing it guys as we speak. Go to IRC, then help but DON'T talk or you get kicked. Wait for the Admin to ask you to PM him and then do so, he will ask for you email/username and then says he will contact when its fixed.

Well, there was an announcement to everyone, it's on top of every page on the tracker in bright red, dunno how anyone could miss it. It had a news post, it was in the IRC topic and there was a gigantic thread about it in the forums which you couldn't miss because everywhere linked to it, and all of it gave everyone about a month to do it...
I still think there were tons of good users out there, they just don't read announcements, check the news or read up on the tracker's status =/

What I've able to grasp from IRC.
A PM was sent out, I didn't receive this PM, though in all honesty I could be
mistaken, but I don't believe I am.
They say an email was sent out, this I 100% can say I did not receive, I use a specific gmail account only for torrent sites, if an email was sent I didn't get it, and it would seem neither did a LOT of users.
