I helped people here the way I could but never crossed my mind to come up with such racist rules. If some trackers banned some countries is their right although it's not fair but is just the way it is. Now, dude, if you don't want to invite people from these countries (except Africa - my God, there are only 7 continents; go to school!!! it's never to late!!!) just don't pick those application. And as far as know those sites don't have the condition of users having a seedbox so don't you worry about one keeping his ratio because downloading and seeding NOT strictly what you need can do the trick.
