Mainly Ethno Electronica and also some New Age, Chill Out, Ambient.
If it is truly the obligation of each subsequent generation to shock the previous one then I need to tell you that I'm not shocked, merely annoyed.
Soon there is going to be so many sub-genre of music that each individual song will have it's own.
Seriously Chill out? Ethno Elctronica? Couldn't we streamline the business and refer to much of this micro-categorization as "I'm a pretentious wank "music?
I don't belong to younger generation. I just want to emphasize subgenres which I prefer.
Back when I was in High School, they would always play Til I collapse by Eminem. I'm not much into rap but that's a good workout song.
I always use the 9th of Beethoven, and also Philip Glass or John Adams.
Can anyone suggest that what i have to choose.
I've been trying to put together a new playlist so after much searching through various threads on other sites I came up with
Can't Be Touched
Go Hard or Go Home
I Try So Hard
The Fight Song
'Til I Collapse
Suffer
Seems like workout music ought to be fast paced like,"Crossroads" by Eric Clapton or,"Space Truckin'" by Deep Purple.
Twisted Sister - I wanna rock

I view working out the same way Idol views High Definition.

Seriously I'm all for the rule forcing people to post x number of times to gain access to the trade section but couldn't the administration just create a " Here you go,spam the fuck out of this thread you useless, conniving cunts" thread to maintain the integrity of the rest of the board?
The man does have a point.

The new Van Halen Album is surprisingly good with lots of high energy... Was never really into them but this has some great original hard driving riffs and yes... David is back... in top form...

That's so ghey I could see how it might motivate someone to do Zumba. This on the other hand inspires you to speak in broken English and kill people.

I always go for something with a really heavy beat when I'm at the gym. Combichrist makes it into that playlist pretty often, as well as Panzer AG, and Infected Mushroom.
Here's one of my favorites for that last half mile of the run.
