Ok, I will give you 24 hours to have my service restored and if not then I will charge back. You honestly need to put a post on your webpage or send a mass email to your clients informing them of the issues you are having. You make it look suspicious when you do not respond or make promises you can't keep.

I have been a long time customer and you have always treated me with great customer service so I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt. Please continue to send updates when you have any.

Mine is still offline, what a surprise !
I want to believe that he's working on all offline servers, but I have a hard time believing that, especially if mine and many others are not up and will certainly not be by tomorrow night.

Do we have a time frame as to when you will be restoring everyone's servers? you need to start communicating with us Lucas. Sending a mass mail is nice but you need to clarify as to the problem at hand and how long it will take to fix.

If there is no communication or a resolution by within 24 hours I will commence with a charge back on my credit card and a complaint report to visa.....I trust you will do what is right.

It´s funny to see the only way to solve problems with 'outy' and Lucas is posting on public places, specially FST, since don´t even one of my three or four daily emails since the last 5 days my server is down, not even a single reply, online on msn, changing personal message on there and whatever, but keep ignoring his customers... But, some days ago, was just about posting here and half hour later, everything was back to the normal.

I have reported him to OVH for fraud. They might take it further with the police.

I ordered a server from him 3 weeks ago but never received it.
Even after 20 mails he dont respond. Not one single time!! He just took my money and ignored me.

had a big problem with ********* two months ago, paid for a whole month and got 5, yes FIVE, days of service and still refuses to give me a refund. STAY AWAY!!!

well it is a surprise to see u online on msn which isnt bullshit. Seriously wat happened to u? this is like a typical film drama, having success at the start, then the end, u crumble into pieces. Very sad indeed. I think he is right to say u got to threaten u to reply. Well i hope that guy who reported u in ovh, was a wake up call!

This guy likes to play games and he will stretch things out as long as he can without actually replying to you. I had the same problem with him back in August when I was getting my box setup. Nothing happened and he actually didn't respond until I put in a dispute through Paypal...that sure lit a fire under his ass and he started doing what I paid him to do. Of course even then it didn't solve the problem because there was still other problems but at least he responded.

lol well i have quit uploading..on sites..my box will expire...soon..in a few days..doesnt matter to me anymore..luckily for me only my last month had 2 days server offline..but yeah in the past week or so i have just seen the complaints grow
